David Moore is a Filipino-Canadian who serves as a structural engineer with a Toronto-based engineering firm. He co-founded the Danielle Moore Spring of Hope Foundation in memory of his sister. David has previously volunteered with Ocean Wise and with community-based projects in the Philippines.
